C’est La Vie NOLA was founded by Kayla Folse, a creator and holistic wellness advocate dedicated to helping others reconnect with their inner strength, emotional wisdom, and natural way of living.

Rooted in Louisiana culture, the phrase “C’est La Vie” — meaning such is life — was something Kayla’s beloved Mawmaw often said growing up. That simple phrase became a guiding reminder that life moves in seasons, and that even through hardship, there is always growth, healing, and purpose.

After spending over a decade journaling through life’s challenges, self-discovery, and personal healing, Kayla began transforming those deeply personal lessons into tools designed to help others. Her work blends holistic health, herbalism, aromatherapy, spiritual life coaching, and emotional wellness practices into meaningful books, devotionals, journals, and children's stories.

Through C’est La Vie NOLA, Kayla creates products with intention—designed to support emotional awareness, confidence, mindfulness, and healing at every stage of life.

Her children's collections, including the Little Lights Series and EVIE and the Honey Garden, were inspired by the stories she told her own child and godchildren—stories created to help children understand their feelings, build confidence, and protect their inner light.
